- It has been a long process. We have been looking for the right person for some time - one with great professional experience in management and business development and one with documented results. We have now found that. Kim is experienced in Danish and international business life, and we are sure that he is the right person for the position and to bring Intech to the next level, says Carsten Trudslev.
The employment of a new CEO also allows Intech's two owners to focus on their respective core areas. - It creates the opportunity for both Carsten and I to focus 100% on the areas where we have our core competencies, namely within Food and Seafood projects, says Leif Carøe Andersen.
Kim Weidemann has gained solid experience through his work at several large Danish companies such as Wrist, Pedershaab and Danyard. He sees Intech as a natural step in his career.
- Intech is an extremely interesting company that is facing some exciting strategic challenges, and I look forward to the work of implementing the initiatives that are already in the pipeline and developing new ones, all of which will contribute to the company's future growth, says Kim Weidemann.
